What We Do
Thank you for your visit and welcome to The Perfect Bean Roasting Company where we use only the finest arabica
coffee beans to custom roast, grind, and flavor coffee to your exact specifications.
What makes our service unique is the fact that we wait until the last possible moment to roast your coffee, and
typically deliver it to you within hours of it coming out of the roaster (sometimes under an hour if you live close
enough).
Coffee begins releasing the gases that keep it fresh immediately after roasting. Some claim that coffee begins to
stale 7 days after it is roasted. Unless they are roasting their own coffee, many coffee shops must order roasted
coffee through a series of suppliers, distributors, etc. before it arrives in the coffee shops. The same can be true
for grocery stores. Unless orders are placed through a local roaster like The Perfect Bean Roasting Company,
there is simply no getting around this problem.
This results in roasted coffee that can be 2 weeks old by the time a customer buys it in a coffee shop or 30 days
old by the time a customer buys it in a grocery store.
I often tell our customers that most people have not smelled or tasted coffee the way it actually smells and tastes
because most people are drinking stale coffee and believe that this is authentic because they have never had
anything different. Almost every single one of them has reacted like they had coffee for the first time in their lives
after smelling and tasting The Perfect Bean coffee.
We even offer free delivery to Bergen County residents!
