Peru is full of so much history and its legacy is unparalleled.  This coffee begs to
tell its own story.  I came upon this varietal by accident when I purchased some to
roast for a family gathering.  I have never heard so many compliments from so
many people about our coffee.  This one truly leaves a lasting impression.  It has
light citrus notes and does exceptionally well with light or medium roasts.  In the
future, we hope to make organic flavored coffees in the berry family with this bean.
